SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – The 63rd Schuylkill County Firemen’s Convention week-long celebration culminated with a grand parade through Schuylkill Haven Saturday afternoon. The Convention was hosted by the Schuylkill Hose Company #2 and included events ranging from a memorial mass, training seminar, history night and the parade.
The parade brought firefighters from multiple counties to the borough. Fire apparatus were inspected and judged at the Schuylkill Haven High School before the parade. Afterward, everyone gathered at the Island Recreation Facility for a party and awards ceremony.
