Firefighters on the scene told Fire & Film that two officers jumped in the water and smashed a window out with a sledgehammer. The officers were able to pull the driver out of the vehicle and out of the water. The victim was then transported to a local hospital via a Schuylkill EMS ambulance with unknown injuries.
