SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – Fire & Film Correspondent Tony Flaim was on the scene of a working garage fire in the borough of Shenandoah. Around 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 28, firefighters were sent to 413 West Coal Street in the borough for a reported garage fire. Chief 740 arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire in a garage with heavy black smoke showing. Engine 742 arrived and stretched an inch and three-quarter line and began to knock the fire. Squrt 745 arrived and assisted the initial attack crew. EMS was summoned to the scene for a patient with smoke inhalation. The fire appeared to be contained to a small portion of the garage and was quickly brought under control.
