Fire & Film takes in two parades over weekend
Fire & Film attended and photographed two parades over the last weekend. The first was on Friday in Shenandoah for the Columbia Hose Company Block Party. Shenandoah contains garage fire
SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – Fire & Film Correspondent Tony Flaim was on the scene of a working garage fire in the borough of Shenandoah. Around 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 28, firefighters were sent to 413 West Coal Street in the borough for a reported garage fire. Chief 740 arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire in a garage with heavy black smoke showing. Engine 742 arrived and stretched an inch and three-quarter line and began to knock the fire. Columbia frees one from van in Shenandoah
SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – Around 3:30PM on Sunday, December 4, Schuylkill County 9-1-1 dispatched Shenandoah Fire and EMS to the area of Redner’s Market on the Gold Star Highway for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Medic 6404 responded and was advised of a multiple vehicle accident with injuries. There was no additional information on injuries and everyone was reported to be out of the vehicles. Engine 751 and Squirt 745 responded as well. Shenandoah Police were also advised that callers were reporting one of the involved parties fled the scene through the parking lot of the shopping center.
