Deadly accident shuts down Route 61
SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – Shortly before 12:30 PM on Wednesday, November 14, Schuylkill County 9-1-1 dispatched Fire District 4 (Fountain Springs and Lavelle), Ashland Rescue 38-50, Ashland EMS and Shenandoah ALS to 770 Fountain Street in Butler Township for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. First responding units were advised of an accident involving a car under a porch and a person pinned underneath a mail delivery truck. Frackville Rescue Engine 43-10 was added to the alarm with the additional information received. Vehicle takes out tree, hits pole then house
SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – Around 10:45 PM on Monday, October 23, Schuylkill County 9-1-1 dispatched Fire District 4, Stations 1 & 2 (Fountain Springs and Lavelle) along with Ashland EMS, Shenandoah ALS and Ashland Rescue to 400 Peter Street in Butler Township for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Responding units were advised of a vehicle into a house with injuries. Fire and EMS arrived to find a single vehicle accident. SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – At 5:33 PM on Thursday September 13, Schuylkill County 9-1-1 dispatched Fire District 4 (Butler Twp.), Ashland Rescue 38, Ashland EMS and Shenandoah ALS to 399 Peter Street in Butler Township for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
