Ashland garage goes two bells
SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – At 12:48 AM on Wednesday, August 1, the Ashland Fire Department was dispatched to 16 North 12th Street in their borough for a reported garage fire. Mt. Carmel Truck 2 (Northumberland County) was also on the first alarm. Ashland Police Unit 42 was the first responder on scene and found heavy fire from a garage in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street. Chief 38 arrived on scene shortly after and assumed command. Ashland fire brings in two alarms
SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – At 03:18 AM on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 Schuylkill County 9-1-1 dispatched the Ashland Fire Department to 1438 Market Street in Ashland for smoke in a dwelling. Shortly after the dispatched Ashland PD arrived in the area with heavy smoke in the intersection. The box was quickly upgraded for the dwelling fire. An Ashland line officer arrived on the scene with fire in the third floor of a two unit row home. With smoke and fire visible, a second alarm was requested.
