Lower Macungie accident injures two
LEHIGH COUNTY, PA – Around 6:30 PM on Tuesday, May 15, Lehigh County 9-1-1 dispatched Station 66 (Macungie EMS) to Route 222 and Kressler Road in Lower Macungie Township for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Medic 6682 responded and was advised that multiple calls were received reporting a multiple vehicle accident at the intersection with at least two people injured. Cetronia Medic 6291 arrived on the scene shortly after and reported a multiple vehicle accident with one vehicle in a gulley with multiple walking wounded. EMS Command was established. Schnecksville battles car fire
LEHIGH COUNTY, PA – Firefighters from Station 22 (Schnecksville) found a fully involved car fire in a parking lot at the intersection of Levans Road and Coffeetown Road in North Whitehall Township just before 3:00 AM on Tuesday, July 5. Tanker 2221 arrived on the scene and stretched a hand line to knock down the fire. After the bulk of the fire was knocked down, a foam line was placed in service to extinguish a few stubborn hot spots. Crews remained on scene for approximately an hour. Six injured in North Whitehall MVA
LEHIGH COUNTY, PA – Six people were transported to local hospitals following a motor vehicle accident Thursday evening. Lehigh County 9-1-1 dispatched Station 26 (Tri-Clover) and EMS 67 (Northern Valley) for two units just after 6:30 PM on May 26 to the intersection of Mauch Chunk Road and Cedar Crest Boulevard in North Whitehall Township. Chief 2601 (Johnson) went responding and was advised of a two vehicle accident with up to eight people injured. Crews search Lehigh River for missing woman
LEHIGH COUNTY, PA – Rescuers from multiple fire companies worked together to search for a missing woman along the Lehigh River in North Whitehall Township. At 8:25 PM on Wednesday, May 26, Lehigh County 9-1-1 dispatched Stations 12 (Laurys Station), 22 (Schnecksville), 67 (Northern Valley EMS), North Whitehall Rescue and Northampton County Station 47 (Lehigh Township) to the Treichlers Bridge on Route 145 for a swift water rescue.
