SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA – Around 11:15 AM on Saturday, November 17 the Pottsville Fire Department was dispatched to 101 North 16th Street in the City for a house fire with entrapment.  Responding crews were advised of two people reportedly trapped in the house. Units arrived to find heavy fire to the rear of a three story duplex.  Fire had consumed almost the entire “C” side of the house and heavy smoke was pushing from the windows.  Two people had jumped from upper floors to escape from the heat and flames.
